Terms of Business

FZA Consultants Ltd provides legal consultancy services. All client matters are managed and invoiced through Musa Patels LLP, which is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).

We provide residential conveyancing, Wills and probate services. The precise scope of work is confirmed in the client care letter issued at the start of your matter. Anything outside that scope is agreed separately in writing.

Our fees are set out in your quotation and client care letter. Disbursements payable to third parties, such as search fees, Land Registry fees and Stamp Duty Land Tax, are itemised separately. Where an unforeseen complication materially changes the work required, we will discuss any revised fee with you before proceeding.

Please provide clear instructions, respond promptly to requests for information and supply identification documents when asked. We cannot progress a matter without satisfactory identity and source-of-funds checks.

We communicate by telephone, email and post. Email is not completely secure, and we will never notify you of a change to our bank details by email. Always call us on 07449 567711 using a number you have verified before transferring funds.

You may end your instructions at any time in writing. We may only stop acting for good reason and on reasonable notice. Charges for work already carried out remain payable.
